Fishy Friends

Hey, I have had my pair of true percs for around six months now and they get along great in my 14 gal. they are hosting my frogspawn and sleep together up in the corner every night. When are they going to get busy? I feed them daily, everything is on timers for consistency, temp stays pretty consistent around 80 F. What else can I do, how old does a clown have to be to be "mature" I would post in the breeding forum but it is hard to get responses in there. THANKS
