My 2" little FF handles himself nicely with a damsel, hawkfish, dottyback and a very bossy pair of saddleback clowns. He also stood up to a halfblack twice his size that has since been traded in at the LFS (where he has apparantly beaten up two adult os. clowns and a tank full of damsels) but still, the fish you've got are some pretty tough customers. I agree with separating him until he's big, fat and confident, but if you can't do that how about rearranging the tank so that everyone starts off on even footing when it comes to establishing a territory?
Well he's already big, fat, & confident from what I've witnessed in the store. He eats everything put in the tank. And he's BIGGER than my triggers & tangs. I also just recently re-arranged my tank (about a week ago) so my fish can't be too established yet...
