My 2" little FF handles himself nicely with a damsel, hawkfish, dottyback and a very bossy pair of saddleback clowns. He also stood up to a halfblack twice his size that has since been traded in at the LFS (where he has apparantly beaten up two adult os. clowns and a tank full of damsels) but still, the fish you've got are some pretty tough customers. I agree with separating him until he's big, fat and confident, but if you can't do that how about rearranging the tank so that everyone starts off on even footing when it comes to establishing a territory?

Well he's already big, fat, & confident from what I've witnessed in the store. He eats everything put in the tank. And he's BIGGER than my triggers & tangs. I also just recently re-arranged my tank (about a week ago) so my fish can't be too established yet...

I got my Flagfin. When I first put him in my Sohal went nuts and wouldn't leave him alone. But this morning it seems they have worked out their issues! What an awesome fish too! From everything I've read about them he seems to be an exception to all the rules. He eats EVERYTHING already! And he's a very bold fish. He already gets up there to eat with my triggers, puffers, and everyone else! I'll have to post a picture of him for you guys. He is truly a magnificent fish! He has brightened up my whole tank by himself!
