Flake food for a carnivore.

Just curious what kind of flake food people use, and what kind of results/reviews they have. I currently feed a variety of frozen food, Spectrum pellets, seaweed for tangs, and Formula Two flakes. I've had nothing but good results.

Until now.

Unfortunately my recently acquired Melanarus wrasse has only been eating Formula Two and refusing everything else for about three weeks now. I feel like he needs more MEAT so I've been looking at meaty flake foods, which got me thinking that maybe there are better veggie flakes out there too...

Input appreciated!

Omega One for Cichlids is quite "meaty". Quite fishy actually. 39% protein.

Ingredients in order of volume
-whole salmon
-whole herring
-black cod
-halibut
-whole shrimp
-wheat flour
-fresh kelp

I feed 12 marine fish with this..even my matted filefish loves it. Feeding this two yrs, no prob, no diseases, good growth.

Thanks everyone for your input. I'll try them out and see what gives. I gotta say I never considered Cichlid food.

Good news is he seems fine, decent color I suppose. Maybe he's just made this ethical life decision in opposition to over-fishing or something...

Thanks again!
