Flame Angel - bacterial infection?

Hi folks,

Have a flame angel in QT and it's looking a little lethargic and spitting out half its food. Tank params are OK (zero ammonia/nitrite, 20 nitrate, ph 7.94 - doing a w/c today). I'm wondering if this is bacterial and should I treat with antibiotic or consider prazi? Haven't done either yet since this was an established fish from a local person (he was running a fish only tank and I bought it to break down and set up as a reef - 29 gal QT tank is just holding for 4 fish while I get the 90 up).

Photos attached - trying to get better ones but tough to get the angel in a well-lit spot. Good practice for my macro skills.

I might try an antibiotic. I can't see much from the picture, although I agree that it's hard to get a good shot.

getting a little more filmy today. going to try antibiotic tomorrow. any reco on which? thinking e-m, but should I dose the whole tank? it doesn't seem interested in food tonight, so food is out. :(

on a side note - ph seems depressed even though dkh is 9. added some buffer earlier and got it back to 7.97. going to try to raise it a bit more tomorrow.

I don't have much background in treating fish. Metronidazole might be one to try. SeaChem sells it, I think.
