Flame angel death

Are these fish typically jumpers? I had him for about 1.5yr and today I found him on top of my overflow box. I had taken all of the rock out of the tank and he was left in there with two tiny other fish, a couple of big chunks of rock and an anemone. I am so sad to have lost him.

Most fish can jump which is why people suggest some sort of lid or screen to go on the top. Sorry for your loss.

I had one for 7-8 months, one day he was gone and my overflow was backed up, I found him in the hose that went down to the sump, dead.
