Flame angel has a bump?

I got a flame angel about 3 weeks ago and it has a small white spot under its mouth. What is it and what are the effects. Yes I know I should have a quarantine but I don't have room. Here's the best pic a could get

There was a bandit angle with similar symptoms a while back. Try scrolling down a ways and see if you can find it. His is doing good now. I would treat with prozi pro as a start. I've seen flukes show up in similar situations. Not saying it is flukes, but Prozi is safe and easy to use, its a good start.

Well I never found that tread but I did get prozi pro today which I added. The flame angel is still doing great as far as health other than this.

Ok so I added I. Prozi pro to my tank about 2 weeks ago and the flame angel is almost fully recovered!!!! I can still tell where the fluke was but barely.
