Flame angel with peaceful wrasses

Is it safe to add a flame angel in a tank that houses peaceful wrasses? I plan on having several peaceful wrasses with the flame angel. Is it safe to combine these fishes? Thanks

I have a sixline with a flame and never seen to bother each other.. this is only in a 28g as well..

My Flame Angel harasses the wrasses, but they are so much faster than her, it doesn't really distress them much. She's a bossy fish, but they have their hiding places where she can't get to them. Plus, adding the Flame after the wrasses are already in your tank should help the situation.
