Is it true if you dont get a flame angel from the marshall Island it will die ? cuz i had a flame angel for 3 weeks and it was eating and doing great and all of the sudden it died and some one told me they will only live from the marshall islands.

Not true, flame angels from all places are ok as long as you have a nice and stable system.

What you need to do is buy them from a reputable trusted source, then you can have confidence they were collected properly. If possible, ask your local reef club who to buy from in your area.

Research your treasure. I did and qt'ed it to eat alot of prepped food. Best thing I have stuck with is qt. Oh yeah going on 2 yrs now. Had one for 4 before that. Heater malfunction.

That someone is wrong. There are some color variations based on the source; but as the above posts said, trust your source. Any fish, from anywhere can die without any explanation. BTW, IMO&IME; the one thing that Flames really need to thrive is plenty of mature LR.
