Flame Hawk with pop eye? (pic)

I got a flame hawk from liveaquaria last Friday. Its eye has gotten progressively worse for the past few days. He continues to eat but I am becoming more concerned.

Thank you for updating us on the acclimation of your newly acquired Hawkfish. We are sorry to see that the Hawkfish has popeye and we recommend quarantining the fish and treating the quarantine tank with a bacterial medication. It is a good sign that the fish is still eating and we are hopeful that it will make a fast recovery. The Hawk's eye appears to have fully recovered. I treated him with Furan-2. I will be moving him back to my display tank shortly.

I guess I spoke too soon. I removed him from the quarantine tank today and realized that he lost the eye. It is black and not very noticeable but is definitely missing.

The poor guy jumped out of the tank today and I dd not find him in time. He did really good with one eye. He was by far my favorite fish. I will be ordering a replacement from Live Aquaria.
