Yesterday I bought a beautiful flame Scallop, but ever since I haven't seen it creating any electricity, is it possible that mine don't do that? Or is it something they do expontaneuslly?

Also, can I feed them shrimp?

flame scallops are filter feeders. they're extremely hard to keep alive by anyone other than an expert reefer.

^^Seconded. They need very large aquariums to have any hope of surviving, unfortunately. You can try feeding them plankton-like coral food, but it's not guaranteed to work.
Do you have proof it's an electric flame scallop and not just a flame scallop?

phyto drip.....maintain a 100, 000 cell count per mil. not more. you need about three different species of live phyto. you can try a shelf stable phyto feed, and if you don't have the phyto, you can maintain them on bakers yeast.
you can be somewhat 'successful' with these animals, ( a year or so) but it takes determination. turning off your skimmer is also a good idea.
your water needs to be visibly 'cloudy' three times a day to maintain flame scallops.
