Flamingo Tongue Snails does anyone keep them ??

Was just wondering if anyone keeps flamingo tongue snails ???

They have a very restrictive diet, they only eat gorgonians such as sea fans. Makes them pretty impractical to keep in a reef tank.

We had two that we collected in the Florida Keys. One died right away, the other hung on for about 6 month. We did supply it with fresh gorgonians, but to no avail. Beautiful creatures, that don't belong in a tank.
