I have a false lemon peel in my 40 gal reef. In one day it seemed to go from very healthy to something i have never seen before. It seems to have developed a dark discoloration around its eyes. Hence my subject title (black eyes). Also it seems to be hyperventilating. Its gills are pumping at a rate of aprox. 120 times/ minute. Also it seems to be staying in a specific place in the aquarium opposed to roaming through eating microalgae off rocks. Pease, if anyone has ever seen this before or has any idea what could be causing this let me know.
Note all other fish show no signs of hyperventillation or discoloration

-cleaner shrimp (witch should be eliminating any external parasites)
