flasher wrasse not flashing lol

I have a male yellowfin flasher wrasse and i would like to know if introducing another flasher wrasse would make it start flashing or would it just be ww3.

Shouldn't be a problem, as long as you have room in your tank...even better if you can find a female
Most of mine seem to do the most flashing as my lights are dimming at night

I agree mine flash first thing in the morning and when the lights start dimming at night. You could add another but make sure you got a top on your tank cause there will be some chasing and they head right upward by instinct.

No problem unless you add another male yellowfin. Then there will be war.

Would adding a whipfin fairy wrasse get the yellowfin flasher to flash? It was so awesome when it would flash. Now,he's too lazy to even try lol

They might flash a fairy, but IME, they display more to other flashers.

IME whipfins can get very aggressive... I have 30+ wrasses but will never have another whipfin!
