Flasher wrasse with white bump

Got this guy about two weeks ago and still is in QT by himself. Anyone have any idea what this raised white bump is on the middle of his body? It was not visible until a couple days ago.

Could be scar tissue that didn't heal properly.

Appreciate the feedback. It really looks like some sort of growth to me not an injury. The bump has only been visible for three days and the wrasse is in QT by himself so I'm not sure how he would have been injured. Any other ideas?
