Flashing Kamohara Blenny

I got this ORA Kamohara Blenny 10 days or so ago. It's in QT with a purple firefish and royal gramma. The blenny sometimes flashes against a PVC elbow fitting and bites his tail. Is this territorial behavior or disease? Everyone in QT is eating fine and no visible signs of diseases. Here's a video
