Flat Worm Exit

I've posted a similar question here and on other forums. Consensus seems to be that your mantis should be fine.

I haven't tried it on my tank yet though.

I used FWE on my 24g tank a couple years ago. from what I remember it wasn't the FWE that was toxic to your tank, it is the flatworms. if your tank is heavily infested make SURE to do a huge water change after you treat the tank. I treated mine and lost a couple of snails but nothing else.

I want to use it on my 29 gallon peacock mantis tank. I will have syphoned all the flat worms I can see out plus have a 100% water change and carbon ready before using it. I'm not worried about my corals as I've used it before on my 120 reef successfully. Just wanted to be sure that FWE won't harm the mantis:)

Thanks for the reply,
Janey

my tern didnt seem to be bothered by it, but that was a total volume of like 90 gallons since it lives in my fuge.

My peacock did just fine too. I posted the outcome in another thread. Glad you had good luck:)
