Flat worms are back!!?

Last weekend I treated my tank for flatworms. Well I just spoted a few of them on my glass so obviously I didn't get them all. I'm thinking that maybe a low flow area didn't get treated well so something. Or is it typical that you have to treat your tank multiple times?? I used twice the dosage the first time around just to make sure I got them in one shot, do you think I should up the dosage again?

They recommend 2 treatments. About a week apart. This makes sure they're all gone.

I've treated my tank probably 5 times at least. I've done double even triple doses and skipped running carbon a couple times when I new there was only a few of them left alive. If just one survives the treatment they'll rebound. I haven't seen one in my main tank for months, just in my fuge. I've probably gone a created a resistant strain by selection.
