Flat worms on hammer!!

Found flat worms on my hammer coral, how do do I get rid of them? They have been there for a few months and it seems they are only on the hammer no other corals. It doesn't seem to be hurting it at all though. My hammer is glued to a huge rock in my tank.

Look up Levamesol pig de-wormer if its still around. There should be some large threads on it somewhere here. It's not for aquaria in general but it works and I did it safely years ago in my reef tank. Basically you mix whatever concentration up and within minutes the flatworms just let go and fly all over. Suck as many up as you can. You'd be surprised how many are actually in there in the rocks and stuff. Either way I never saw another flatworm again.
