Flatworm ID / Should I be concerned?

I have seen some type of flatworm mainly on my hammer and frogspawn lps but have also seen one on a red mushroom. The corals don't seem bothered and don't look like they are being eaten but does anyone know what they are and should I be concerned? They blend in pretty well, especially on the ones with pink tips because they look almost just like the tip. I tried to grab one with tweezers but it split in 2 and both halves moved pretty quick.
I can see 5 in the attached picture. I first saw one about 2 weeks ago but now i am seeing more.
Looking for help IDing them and if I should do anything - like get a melanurus wrasse.
Thanks!

I recently had a nasty breakout of these on my hammer... they went from one or two to at least a hundred or more in a matter of weeks I added a pair of hoeven's wrasses and ALL flatworms were gone, absolutely decimated after 5 days !!!! I had planned on dipping the hammer but didn't need to the wrasse's took care if the problem.

Only downside is that I lost approx 1/3 of my hermits to the very hungry wrasses after there were no more flatworms to eat though the remaining 2/3 seem to have found ways to stay out of sight as I haven't lost any more since.
