Flatworms

Ya i just performed a extermination of them last week on a friends tank, i'll post the link to the method i used, but "Flatworm Exit" is the stuff to use.

I have flat worms, I used Flat worm exit twice the first time I went according to directions, the second time I used the hole bottle at once. And I still have them... I have a six line. I will be doing the chem again these things are brutal. Each time I use the exit it kills some and it looks like all gone, 2 weeks later back again. This has been going on for 8 weeks.

Ya, I use a whole bottel on a 60 g set up with a water volume maybe of 40~ so about double to tripple the recommended dosage.

You need to be careful about casual use of flatworm exit, flatworms can build a immunity to it- thats why so many people stress doubling the dose. i would try using at least three bottels of flatworm exit and use power heads to blow them all out, and ensure that you use a sock to catch the bodies, and not leave any corpses lay around. I've seen people go through similar battels as you, but i've been pretty sucsseful with exterminating them.

Good luck!

I have also had an ongoing problem. I used flat worm exit twice, still had them. I resorted into taking my live stock out, took out all base rock, and only left in coral, then I added two yellow damsels and starved the tank. I did this for three weeks, tested two of my rocks with coral on it, no flatworms. So with my fingers crossed, I have now set my tank back up. It has been 5 days I will let you know if this worked.
