floor supports

how are you guys supporting your large tanks? i have a crawl space and hardwood floors which will be replaced with stone tile. while im changing it out i want to be sure i support the floor joists the best way.

-what do you use?
-where did you get these supports?
-anything in particular i need to take into account?

Under my 180 with 55 gallon sump I used 2 6x6 beams 10 foot long. One on the ground and one under the floor joists with a screw type jack on each end. Alot of peaple told me a 180 would be fine with out the support but I would rather be safe than sorry. Its been almost a year and no problems yet.

...I need support BAD. If i walk to quick around the tank, you can see the water slush. Unfortunetly I'm having a hard time finding the crawl space opening.
