Very nice pics!! Where did you go? I haven't done much salt water diving at all, but since I live in Florida, I think I need to go where you went ASAP!!

My trip was to Fort Lauderdale Florida. I dove as far north as Palm Beach and as far south as the Keys.

I am returning this Summer to dive nonstop for another week.

Water was in the low 70's in Florida. But on Saturday and Sunday I am diving Monterey and I will get to experience some 40 degree water!

5mm hoodie vest, 5mm sleeved jacket and a 7mm full suit. Drysuit is high on my list of stuff to get though.

Got to love the weather here. I went diving two nights ago with some manatees, coolest dive yet. Love that night diving! You can also see great stuff like that with a snorkel if you know where to go! I dive 15 feet from shore and see some of the most amazing things. Great pics, makes me want to go out there tonight!

Bring yourself a nice large thermos of hot water, dump it inside your wetsuit before the dive. It'll prevent that nasty cold water from getting in when you jump in the water

Well the Monterey dive is being postponed. 25-30 mph winds from the SE. Swells up to 10 ft. Add in frigidly cold water and rain (lots of rain) and I think I will wait untill the storm passes.

Billsreef, I like your idea for using the hot water. Nothing like ice water running over your body when you first enter the water.

I miss Florida.........
