Flourex wiring question

I am about to order a 65 Watt LOA Flourex floodlight for my refugium. It is an online order.

Do these floodlights come with a power cord and plug or do I have to do any wiring?

No they do not come w/ a power cord & yes, you're going to have to wire the power cord yourself...........
