Flow and lighting conditions for broodstock

I recently purchased a pair of occellaris with the intentions of breeding them. Most of the questions in this forum seem to be focused on rearing the fry rather then setting up the broodstock tank. I suppose because the larva tank is a bit more involved. Right now my clowns are chilling in the sump of my 90g tank while I am trying to set up a new home for them in a 20g high tank. So far I have a aquaclear 50 power filter that produces a bit of flow. I am also running a 18 inch, 15 watt NO fluorescent lamp. It is nothing special but I got the impression that intense lighting was not necessary in a broodstock tank. I plan on running it bare bottom with a couple of chunks of liverock from my main tank, (probably 10-20 lbs) to help with biological filtration. What would be a good light cycle for this tank? How much more flow do I need? I would like to set the tank up with optimal breeding conditions.

Lighting - Intensity is not as important as a constant time cycle. 16 hours seems to work well.
Flow - Again not really that important. However more flow can help keep the eggs oxygenated.
Food - A good varied diet can make all the difference in the world. I use a home made food containing a frozen "Seafood Medley" and Nori. I also add some garlic and New Life Spectrum pellets.
Temp - A higher temp can also help 80-82 works well.
Water Quality - Good water quality will go a long way. If they are comfortable and healthy the more likely you are too be succesful.

Hope this helps.
