Flow and Lighting in My 90g

I have a 90g tank that is 48x30x15 that I plan to place sps in. I was wondering for flow if a mp20, tunze nano wave box, and flow from the tunze return would be enough flow?

Also for lighting I was planning on getting a 48" ati sun power fixture w/6 bulbs but now think that may be overkill length-wise. Maybe a 36" 6 bulb fixture instead?

Any suggestions please.
