flow between fuge and display

Hello all.
Hoping to get some advice.
I have a 125 display with a 150 fuge plus 55 sump.
Both display and fuge drain into sump, sump is powered by mag 18.
Currently, flow is split between fuge and display.
I can adjust the flow, would you put more flow towards huge or the display?

I'd have it all go to the tank, drain to the sump, overflow from the sump to the fuge, and pump from fuge back to tank. That's how mine is more/less.

I agree with triggreef, you're way more concerned about flow in your DT. Your fuge is there to grow pods and provide whatever extra filtration it may. Put most or all of the flow into your DT.

There is nothing wrong with having your set up and having both run to the sump. However, I'd probably do a 75%/25% or even an 80/20 split with more flow to the DT. Unless you have a lot of flow in the DT with power heads or wave makers. Then you could go back to more like 60/40. You really want to keep water flowing thru the DT, but the fuge is OK with less flow. The macro algae and pods won't mind.
