flow for 37/ 120

i want to get a blueline pump that i can use for my 37 g tank but then can be used for my 120 when i upgrade in the next few months i was thinkin a blue line 40 and then i can use for my chiller in my bigger tank the 40 is goin througfh a scwd in the 37.

does this sound right?

or you could use a pressure rated pump and then add eductors when you upgrade to a 120.
