I am sure you can adjust the flow so that it won't affect your lps, but then don't you already have 360gph without any koralias. Add 2 k-nanos, you will have 800gph+. Not sure if you need that much flow in a tank that is not predominantly sps. Plus, 10 gallon tank is not even that large, so it will look clustered with equipment (personal taste that's all).
From what I hear from others, it's not the total amount of flow you have in gph, but how your flow is distributed in the tank. Just don't want dead areas.
I started with about 20x, which is not much, but I only had live rock and fish for a year. When I added by sps corals and one frogspawn, I upped by flow to about 40-45 back in December 08. I heard that you should be able to see the polyps move around in the current, plus I had small areas with low flow, so I increased it to about 60x now.
Start out slow with corals and observe them often. You can always add more flow to the tank as needed.
