Flow for a 180 FOWLR

I'm setting up a 180g FOWLR with a 75g sump/refugium. Output from the sump with head loss will be about 600gph. I'm not sure which of the following 2 options would be best for additional flow:

A. 3 Tunze nano streams (~1900gph total) running continuously
B. 2 Algae Free MJ mods (~3200gph total) running on a wavemaker (1600gph at a time).

Opinions appreciated.

I have a 240 8x2x2....I have 2 moded MJs, I am using the white propeller which supposedly throws 2,000 gph, I put one at each end of the tank and combined that with my Mag 18 (which I am figureing about 1,400 gph with head loss)....I was like you and considered the Nano Tunze. I have the MJ's running continuously and am very happy with them, I ended up buying the magnets for them so they are easy to move if I need.

The Nano Tunze's had a few bad customer reviews on Marine Depot you might check out.
