agree, there's no set rule on flow, but too little or too much can
be a problem. I had one Seio 620 and it was too much flow for corals like hammer/frogspawn to tolerate. They would not expand
as much due to too much flow, as they prefer light to moderate flow. It also caused a sandstorm even on a thin-sandbed. I just can't picture two Seio 1100 in the 29, just my opinion...
