Flow for sump - what pump.....

I'm having a custom aquarium, sump/fuge, and stand/canopy built. I've got pretty much all my stuff picked out, but am wondering what size of pump I should be getting for my sump. The aquarium will be just over 100 Gallons = 54x20x22. I don't remember exact dimesions of the sump, but I know its going to be around 36 inches long. What is the rule of thumb for turnover through sump? I will have a closed loops system for flow = Sequence Dart. I know I'm not giving much info about the plumbing of the sump here, but that is because there are no holes drilled in the tank ;) I was thinking an Eheim 1260 rated at 635 gph. Is this too much, too little, or just about right?

Generally........3 - 5X display volume after head loss....300 - 500 GPH in your case.
