Flow in 90 Gallon/problem with LPS growth

I have two koralia 1300 GPH at top of my 90 gallon. One in front, one in back. I have had difficulty growing LPS--frog, hammer, duncans and wonder if you think this is the culprit. Other parameters are in textbook range.

A video showing those euphyllia swaying in the flow is the best way for us to tell if you have too much or too little flow on them.
