Flow Intensity for Different Corals

Does anyone have a chart or know of a thread that outlines how much water flow certain types of corals need?

for example (this is probably wrong)

1. Frogspawn= Medium flow, High Intensity Lighting.

Any help is appreciated!

i general go by
10x (gph flow) is low
20 - 30 - medium
40x+ high flow


that is based on # of gallons. So say, 20 gallon tank needs 200 gph of water movement for 10x (low) flow. 400 - 600 gph flow for medium and 800 gph+ for high flow.

Thats a good tip to keep handy. What about what different species need? Does anyone have a chart of if certains species of coral are low, medium or high flow?
