Flow/Lighting question for 180g

Hello Everyone,
In the next few weeks I'm going to finally set up my 180g tank that has been in my garage for almost a year, which is by far the largest tank I have ever had. The foot print is 72 x 24 x 24. I intend to set it up with zoanthids, palys, ricordea and a some montipora. I would like to use two Ecotech
MP-40w's for flow. A friend recommended I use two Koralia magnum 7's as they are directional and cheaper. As for the lighting, I would like to use the Aquactinics constellation low profile fixture. I was told that fixture is overkill for the corals I intend to have. What do you think?
You help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you have the budget for the MP-40's go for it. Softies like good flow and they also like strong light.
I use 3x250 watt mh and 4 x 160 watt VHO on my 240. Plus I have approx. 6900 gph of flow in the same tank.

I have a 215g with almost the same dimensions, 72x29x24 that will be a LPS tank

I went with 2 koralia 7's and for lighting im running 2 x 175w MH and a 150de MH in the center with 2x 60" 454 VHO's I suspect that will be plenty for LPS

What kind of reflector are you using? How long are your VHO bulbs?
