Hi,
I have a 6' long 125g tank that has (2) tunze 6100's and (2) tunze 6000's. Rock is mostly down the middle. My question is with the best placement and angle. Only one of the tunze is new enough to have the new bracket that allows for more swivel.

Would it be better to have the two stronger ones at the end opposite the overflow pushing the water towards the overflow and bouncing off the glass
or
the same as above only all pointing the same way to kind of create a clockwise motion
or
6000/6100 on each end bouncing off the glass
or
6000/6100 on each end pointing the same way to create the vortex
and then do you think it would be better to have the 6000's and 6100's at opposite corners or lined up with eachother on opposite ends?

Like this:
6000 6100
6100 6000
or
6000 6000
6100 6100

I ask because it almost seems that with some configurations I almost get 'wave cancellation' and wind up with dead spots in the corners. If that makes any sense...

Thanks in advance for any opinions.

Ken

I really don't know, that sounds like an aweful lot for a 125. The best way to avoid the dead spots would be a wavebox and then you could easily cut down the pumps to probably just 1 6100. I am sorry but I don't know. I think most of the answer lies in the program though and not the positioning.
