Flow/pump suggestions

I am going to be setting up a frag tank that measures 48Lx24wx12h. I will be installing a overflow box in the middle back with 2" drains and wanted your opinion on flow. Should I use 2 6055's or would a nano wave box work best? I will be connectingthis to my apex for control. Tank will be mixed reef frags with a small heavy sand bed and egg crate racks.

I think the 2 6055's are the better bet for some redundancy, they could also produce a wave if desired.

thanks Roger. would you put them both on one side and put them in a synched power up and down using my apex for a nice wave?

I would have on on each side so one is on when the other is off and you will need to find the correct timing, it should be between about .35 and .50 seconds.

Both are in and running. Now to figure out timing using the APEX to get a wave. .50 doesn't work on the apex. Only allows whole seconds, but I can use the divide by 10. Thanks
