How much flow should I try to achieve with a stirctly lps tank. It is a 40 breeder mag 5 return.

I use a Mag 7, and have a MP10...all my LPS like the flow, I have a mixed reef though, would you be using any power heads also?

Yeah, i will have power heads, just dont want too much flow. I plan on keeping only lps, bubble coral, frogspawn, hammer etc. I dont want too much flow and have issues
