How much flow should i have in my 75 gallon reef tank? Its currently cycling. As of right now i have a quiet one 3000 which gives me 785 gph and a hydor Koralia which gives me around 1000 gph. Is this enough? I plan on keeping zoanthids and hammer coral. Maybe some mushrooms too.

I think that should be enough, even more than enough. But I'm new to the hobby so I'd wait with someone with more experience to chime in.

You should be all set with that flow for a softie tank.
