I hear there one of the easier anemones to keep and they dont move alot is this true? do they like BTA's ?

Yes this is a pretty easy anemone to keep. Anemones will only move if they feel uncomfortable with their surrounds. If the anemone is happy it will stay there just like any other anemone. Flower anemones don't encounter E. Quadricolor in nature so I am sure they would get into chemicle warfare or a stinging battle if they were close.
