Flowers and foliage...

My bf and I just returned from our annual trip up to Napa Valley for wine tasting and tours (with a side trip to the Monterey Bay aquarium - it's been 16 years since I have been there; I'm sad to say I'm still not very impressed). While at Far Niente winery I was blown away by their grounds and thought I would share some pics. (Maybe I am easily impressed since I am born and raised in Southern California and don't get to see colors like these here often!?)

As he lugs around his EOS 20D, I zip out my pocketsize Canon SD630 and take these photos. I am just learning the basics of what this camera can do, I can't wait until I get better photo skills!!!

As I said these were quick and fast shots. My SanDisk is the kind that has USB built in, so these shots went from camera to computer to photobucket then here (I let photobucket resize them).

Just to be curious, I used the MS photo resizer to size the last one, to medium and then to large size.
