Fluke questions?

I posted this inmy build thread as well but since my build thread is the ghost town of threads i thought i would post here and hope to get some insight:)

I decided even after giving the yellow tang a bath in prazipro and then a bath in para guard that it wasnt enough so i have put him in a hospital tank and dosed it with prazipro. After reading alot about flukes i am just not convinced that a bath got rid of the flukes.I may be paranoid but i would rather be safe than sorry.I have a clown in the display tank do i need to worry about him even though he has shown no signs of trouble or is this gonna be like ick where i have to treat him as well.To be honest i am really guessing on all this as he doesnt have the signs of flukes i have seen in pictures(no cloudy eyes or white spots) he has twitching behavior and a bump on his side and heavy breathing which is what led me to beleive it was flukes.I would hate to throw a clown that is perfectly healthy into medicine if he doesnt need it.

You need to worry about both fish. The fastest way to see if either fish has fluke is a 2-4 minute FW dip. Also, if fluke reappears in your display, Prazi-pro can be administered to the tank. I have had to do this in the past with no die off.

Ty jnc914 for the response.I already have had the yellow tang in the hospital tank for 24 hours in prazipro...should i wait and see how the clown does.I am a bit nervous about the freshwater dip and would like to avoid it.If my only option is to treat the clown i will put him in the hospital tank as well.If i do this should i treat the display tank as well.If i didnt treat it and it has flukes do i need to leave it fishless for 6 weeks like ich?

Fish can have flukes, but show no sign. FW dips remove the adults, but doesn't kill the eggs.

I'd put both fish through two seven day treatments of Prazipro and leave tank fishless for 4-6 weeks.

Ty largeangels i am going to go ahead and do that.I am thinking about using cupramine as well after the prazipro just to be safe.I will prob do that on the 3rd week using carbon in ebtween to remove prazipro.
