Flukes -- How long does DT need

How long does the DT need to be without fish before re-introduction of new fish after having Flukes infestation?

I read about Prazi. I try to avoid using chemicals. I took out only surving fish, a false percula clown, gave it a 8 minute FW dip in RODI water and put in QT tank last night. It looked alot better this morning. Eyes & body clear. I was wondering since DT empty of fish now, how long have to wait with respect to flukes & theirs eggs to run the course of not having a host. Also, I have alot of corals, wasn't sure if Prazipro affects corals or biological life in the tank.

According to the instructions it only effects feather dusters.
Not sure what the life cycle of flukes is.Did you see any in the container that you used for the fresh water dip?

Found this:
Flukes live for about a week and drops eggs which hatch out in 2 to 4 days. If the larvae doesn't find a host it dies.
Quicker life cycle than cryptocaryon.

I used a white bucket, so couldn't see them in a container. However, from the clown's appearance this morning and watching it directly after putting it in QT tank, it appears they died and fell off, could even see some of them falling off right after putting in DT. My Yellow Tang (could literally see the flukes on its eyes and body) didn't make it however, appeared it was in the later stages, hadn't eaten in a few days. Clown was still eating. The clown's eyes and body are not cloudy after observing in QT this morning. Pretty sure it was flukes, especially since covering its eyes.

The first saltwater fish(Royal Gramma) I bought died from flukes.
Seems like leaving your tank fishless for a couple weeks should do the trick.

A FW dip does not get rid of any eggs on the fish so you will need repeated FW dips to get rid of the flukes after the eggs hatch.
