Flukes on Marine Betta?

I purchased a Marine Betta 3 weeks ago. It has been in a QT tank the whole time. The QT tank waters parameters are fine: Temp 77, PH 8.2, SL .025, and the nitrate, nitrite, and Ammonia are all in check.

Two weeks ago I noticed it started scratching on its right side near its eye. I saw no white dots, so I thought maybe its flukes, and began to treat with PraziPro as directed. A few days later I noticed what looks like its scales have peeled away in this area (see photo). Is this flukes then or something else? Its eating fine, swims around fine, but still occasionally scratches in that area.

Thanks,

Have you seen anything floating in the tank water that could look like flukes? Some people describe them as tiny contact lenses or sesame seeds. Could possible be a secondary infection which is common with flukes. Can you get other pics?

I tried to get better pictures, but I'm not so sure they are.

Another thing I noticed now is the right fin seems a little frayed, see picture mbetta4

I'm pretty sure its wild. Today I started running carbon in the QT and will do a partial water change. Then in a few days, I was thinking of starting ParaGaurd to treat for possible bacteria.

The betta at this time is still doing quite well.
