Flukes or something else?

I got three carberryi anthias a few days ago (Saturday) and they have been eating everything except pellets since day one. I was told to QT with prazipro when I got them but on the way back I got stuck in traffic for 2 hours and came home to a cracked QT tank. :headwalls: so I gambled and acclimated them to the DT.

Now one of the fish seems like it has "dry skin" on one side and some white translucent spots on its tail (it's still eating like a champ)

My first thought was flukes because I know athias are susceptible to them (and another member on here pointed that out) but after some research, every case I read was about flukes on the eye. Is it possible to to get flukes else where on the body?

I found these symptoms on an older post,

The obvious symptoms:

1) Fish twitching the head side to side once in a while like if wanted to shake something off his head.

2) Discolored blotches of skin (Most people think this is velvet or some bacterial infection and misdiagnose it with antibiotics)

3) Frayed fins or tail.

4) Sudden loss of appetite. Fish was fine yesterday but today it̢۪s not eating at all.

5) Cloudy eye(s)

6) Rapid breathing

The only symptom my fish has would the blotchy skin. Should I treat with PraziPro? Also, should I administer any other treatments as well (i.e FW dip, hyp, copper, etc.)?

There are many species of flukes that can attack anywhere; inside or outside of the fish.

I'll take the fish out as soon I can get a new tank and QT with PraziPro. The "dry skin," is that also caused by flukes? (it basically looks like really dry human skin that's beginning to crack).

If you do a fresh water dip,do it in a clear glass container.
Then check the bottom for dead flukes.
If that's the case, you'll find some.

Caution
Make sure you read up on fresh water dips.It can be stressful for the fish.

K I'll read up it on it now, I got some PraziPro as well.

Now what about the skin? It now looks "scaly" (like a lizard shedding scales). Can this be caused by flukes as well?

What was the outcome of this hamiltonguy?

I have a few fish in my DT (an anthias in fact) displaying similar issues.

I am most likely going to dose Prazi in the DT tonight.

Here's a photo:

It looks exactly like someone put a snake's skin on top of her in a few places...like little hiccups in her color. It's hard to see though.

Also, caught her with some white stringy poo:
