Hey guys longtime lurker here. Decided to give a Fluval Chi a shot. Original plan was to go with the 5g but waited a little bit to get the 6.6g In case you were wondering I do have some exp with keeping large polyp NPS i.e. Tubastria, Dendro, Balano etc. So far I have the sand in and cured LR in the tank and will take pics when the water clears up.

I plan to stock some if not all of the following.

5 yellow tangs, jk tang police, I'm not sure as far as fish go.

I will have:

- Black sun corals
- Yellow sun corals
- Orange sun corals
- Balano colony
- Dendro(pink base, white base and the regular yellow)

My clean up CUC will consist of:
- 5 blue leg hermits
- 5 Nas. snails
- 1 serpent star(possibly)
- which ever bristle worms that came with the rock from my main tank lol
and a trusty 20% daily water change (OMG a gallon or so)

I will have pics up later today.

I'd steer clear of the hermits, in that size tank they are just going to steal the food out of the corals and irritate them. With spot feeding you probably won't need that frequent of changes, my 7.5 gallon gets a large change once a week with large polyped non photos.

I know they will steal food but my main concern is some food will fall in between the rockwork and the CHI tank doesnt have very strong flow.
