2013 FMAS SWAP MEET
When: November 16th, 2013
Where: South Plantation High School
1300 Southwest 54th Avenue, Plantation, FL.
Time: 10 am till 3pm
Admission:
FREE for attendees.
Table information:
$25 for half a table.
9am set-up, 4pm tear down.
Only current FMAS club members (Commercial, Single, and Family) will be allowed to purchase tables at this event.
POWER IS VERY LIMITED. NO CORDS WILL BE ALLOWED TO RUN AROUND THE FLOOR (NO METAL HALIDES or HIGH AMPERAGE EQUIPMENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLUG IN). No extension cords will be provided.
You will be provided five feet of table space.
Tables will be assigned upon your arrival.
Membership Cards will be required for validation.
*If you are only selling your own equipment (and NO LIVESTOCK) the table will be free. However you must still reserve a table. If you plan on selling fish, frags, etc, you will need to obtain a table at $25. Anyone violating these rules may be subject to a ban from future FMAS events.
All items sold or traded at the event must be marine aquarium related (aquariums, equipment, livestock, etc).
Refreshments: South Plantation H.S. Marine Science student volunteers will be selling food and snacks during the event.
FMAS members will have till 11/07 to reserve tables. FMAS reserves the right to offer tables up to other clubs and non-members after November 8th.
