I don't remember seeing anenomes. I know alot of new reef aquarists get confused with frogspawns as anenomes as I always have to tell customers at work that Frogspawns are corals and not anenomes although they are very similar, there requirements are alot different. If you purchased this piece from the 12g aquapod (The little tank I was selling out of), its a green base, purple tipped frogspawn. The requirements aren't alot for it, they like moderate to high lighting, moderate to low flow and they are filter feeding corals.

Just wanted to throw in my CONGRATS on an amazing event! Although my wife knows absolutely nothing about this hobby, I convinved her to come with me and she had a great time. We can't wait for the next one!

I agree, my wife was actually running around looking at bags, and buying softies that she liked....That was funny, kinda like watching your child taking their first steps...lol....IM SO PROUD...

I as well would like to post a congrats on a great event. MY wife and I really enjoyed it and she went nuts looking around and buying what she liked and asking me tons of questions. I usually don't post as you guys have better info than I, but it was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we live in Homestead and it would be hard for us to attend meetings, but we are looking foward to the next swap.

Morgan and Johnny Here, just wanted to thank everyone for such a great event. Wanted to thank especially the board and club members who helped put all this together. In my opinion, the best Frag Swap so far. Thanks for listening to the suggestions and making it on a weekend. I wish i had more time to mingle but i had t hurry back home.

In case you were wondering, i was the only asian guy with a blonde wife in there . Fisrt table by the door.

I hope evryone was happy with the corals they got from us. We really did try to bring a variety of healthy, colorful, hardy frags.

Again, wanted to thank EVERYONE for the wonderful time! Hope to do it soon again. It was really nice seeing old timers and meeting new people.

I wasnt quite able to match the screennames here to faces yesterday, maybe you guys can refresh our memories? I finally met Matt from FIU, Vitoria, Darcy, Rogger Castell for the first time in person. Who was Mike, who was Zurc, who was theseant? Who came down from Orlando? Who was selling the MRC2?

Flamehawk, my wife was the one who asked you about yellow leathers. We bought one of your blue xenia frags. You two did a great job bringing such a large # and variety of frags.

Well, if I find any singles girls for you I'll let you know. lol Johnny would probably be better at finding a single girl for you than me, he works at a hospital w/ a bunch of women. I'm working at home all the time on the internet.

I'm glad I came yesterday, was so nice to meet everyone and see old faces. Its been too long. Wish we could make it up more often, but our schedules are bad during the week. It was a great frag swap and a lot of fun. We've definately got to do this more than once a year cause its my only time to catch up with you guys. hehe

I can not find words to describe how successful this was in many ways, my best buys were from Chris (Ludwigia73), Morgan & Johnny (Flamehawk) and Chris A., great people, great prices and great corals they look great in the tank but what made it incredible to me was to see my wife and daughter hunting deals for me to have my family involved in this hobby that is my passion is priceless. I hope that I do not have to wait much longer to deal with you guys.

Cant agree more.....I nearly forgot to thank Chris (Ludwigia73), you always have great stuff, and got some friends to come by and take alook at what you had.....think they may have baught a couple of your larger pieces.....

Anyway....im still shocked looking at all i got...i have new pictures on my thread.....will take more in a few days with the SLR.
