yes you have to use the harder I use the fast drying harder and it worked great.

I have been on the fence about doing a foam wall for my 300 and your's put me over the top to do it I pretty much know the process and your pictures along with others is easy to follow. If you did it over would you change anything? Could you give me any heads up thing/things i should know or do? Do you have any flow behind your wall? Did you seal the back of you wall/egg crate also? Any info. you think i should know would be great I will have 5 - 15" wide x 28" high egg crate panels FYI

First think get parchment paper lay that down and put the egg crate on it . This way it will be flat and won't stick. I would not change a thing if I did it over again. Just make sure you get pond foam.The kind I bought is fish safe.
