Food button not working

Hello All,

I have set up my TS-24 kit and its wonderfull to be able to turn the streams from 30% up to 100% but the food timer button is not working.........whats wrong?

Could be couple things, sometimes it is broken, one of the leads to the button was damaged in transit. Othertimes the capacitor that it actuates is faulty or poorly connected. Your dealer should be able to remedy it. Graeme Faulkner is the Australian distributor and has training in how to fix this. His email is info@aquadepot.com.au. If you bought it from Australia he should take car of it no charge, if you imported it yourself it may have to go back to where you bought it.

Hi Roger, thats a major PITA, can the streams be used without the multi controller?

What a disapointment that I have to now, ship this off to the other side of the country and wait for it to be returned, before I can use it !

Are not these things quality tested before they leave the factory?

They are tested, unfortunately the foodtimer problems don't show up because in the case of the capacitor it works, just not for the full 5 minutes, basically they push the button and check that it shuts off the pump and the test is done. In this case the lead was likely broken in shipping so it happened after the test. We have the same problems here because the shipping distance is so far and some transit damage is unavoidable, though it is far from the norm. The Streams will work without the controller and likely Graeme can arrange the repair or an exchange in 24 hours after receipt.
