Food, Diet and Treats!

I keep clowns and nems (BTA's) and the fish (all) get flake food as their staple. I use silver sides exclusively for the nems. The clowns, as well as other fish, WILL eat just about anything else I put in the tank, such as frozen formula one and two as well as flaked Prime Reef, etc.

All my fish (( including 3 pairs of clowns -- different tanks )) get; Rod's food ( red, blue and green label ), LifeLine's Herbivore mix, Prime Reef, Mysis(d), Angel formula, and Spectrum pellets.
I feed my anemones (( 4 haddonis, and 1 LTA )) frozen ( thawed ) krill, about once every 3 weeks.

If I had to recommend one food, it would be "Rod's Food".
Snacks/treats = anything small enough to eat, or add frozen pieces, blend and add.
I supplement Elos Complete (extremely nutrious) pellet, the most complete pellet, Rod's Food 1-2x a week, and SFB "mixed" pack. Includes blood worms, krill, brine shrimp, etc. This I feed about 2x a month. Has heavy phosphates even after an RODI bath.
But the SFB stuff is cheap.
Will be picking up some of this stuff locally to replace the SFB stuff.
